  4. Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

  5. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the meat.

  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  7. Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted and creamy.

  8. Spoon the cheesy Cajun chicken mixture onto toasted buns. Serve warm and enjoy!
