Healthy Chocolate Cakes
  1. Mix first two ingredients in a bowl then add yogurt (or alternative mentioned above) and mix well.

  2. Transfer batter into a cupcake tin (I used silicone molds but use whatever you got! Silicone cupcake liners will work too) and freeze for 20 minutes.

  3. Melt your chocolate, and pour over each chocolate cake (the chocolate will solidify quickly so work fast).

  4. Place in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
