Perfect Cucumber Salad (4 Ingredients!)
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers and the halved and sliced red onion.

  2. Sprinkle the mixture with kosher salt and toss everything together. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes.

  3. After 20 minutes, drain any excess liquid from the cucumber and onion mixture.

  4. Add your choice of vinegar and the granulated sugar to the bowl, then toss until the sugar has fully dissolved.

  5. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with freshly ground black pepper as needed.

  6. If you like, add the coarsely chopped fresh dill and give it another toss to mix everything well.
