Pat the pork dry with paper towels and rub it all over with olive oil.
Mix all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl, then generously coat the pork on all sides.
Place the seasoned pork into your slow cooker.
Pour the vinegar, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke around (not directly over) the meat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours (or HIGH for 4–5 hours) until the pork is fork-tender and falling apart.
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and shred using two forks.
Return it to the slow cooker and toss with juices for max flavor.
Optional: Mix in your favorite BBQ sauce or serve it on the side.
