Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, almond extract, baking powder, and salt
Sweeten lightly if desired
Pour mixture into a greased ramekin or small baking dish
Sprinkle with sliced almonds on top
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set
Let cool slightly before eating
