Healthy Almond Croissant Baked Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, almond extract, baking powder, and salt

  3. Sweeten lightly if desired

  4. Pour mixture into a greased ramekin or small baking dish

  5. Sprinkle with sliced almonds on top

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set

  7. Let cool slightly before eating
