Viral Yogurt Bars For Babies
  1. Mix together 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp ground flax/chia blend, and ½ tsp vanilla

  2. Stir in 1 tbsp almond flour

  3. Fold in mashed or chopped berries

  4. Pour mixture into molds or a baking dish

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set

  6. Serve to baby (suitable for 6+ months after individually introducing each allergen)
