Crispy Black Bean Tacos
  1. Place the black beans, garlic, chipotle pepper, and seasoning in food processor and pulse til smooth.

  2. Speed a few tablespoons of mixture into each tortilla and 1-2 tablespoons of cheese.

  3. Heat a couple tsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry the tacos until golden brown and crispy ~2-3 min per side.

  5. fill with lettuce and slasa and enjoy.
