Sauce:
6 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce (or a mix of both)
2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1.5 tbsp white sugar
1-2 tsp garlic, finely minced (I did 1 bc of Levi)
1 tsp black pepper
You can adjust this to your liking, (if you want it more sweet add more sugar, or more salt, etc) If you like the noodles more saucy make extra sauce!
