Warm tortillas in skillet or microwave for 10 seconds.
Spread 4 tbsp hummus over each tortilla.
Layer cucumber, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, carrot, and salad greens.
Drizzle hot sauce or sriracha if using.
Fold sides in, roll up tightly, press seam to seal.
Slice in half and serve with extra sauce if desired.
