Cream Cheese Topped Pumpkin Bread
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350F

  2. In a large bowl, combine your butter and sugar before adding in your eggs and vanilla extract. Once combine. Add in your pumpkin purée and Greek yogurt mix well.

  3. Add your dry ingredients to your wet and fold to combine before adding in your milk and mixing until your batter is fully combined.

  4. Place your batter in a lined loaf tin and into the oven for one hour

  5. Once your pumpkin bread has cooked, allow it to cool completely before adding your frosting, slicing and enjoying !

  6. Cream cheese frosting: Add your butter and cream cheese to a stand mixer. Mix on high for 2 minutes before adding your confectioners sugar and milk. Mix on high for 5 minutes. Top your cooked and cooled pumpkin bread and enjoy!
