Make the Dough: Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add Water and Knead: Gradually add lukewarm water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
Rest the Dough: Apply 1 tablespoon oil, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the Dough: Divide into 4-6 equal balls. Place in a greased tray, cover, and let rest for 20 minutes.
Roll Out the Parathas: Roll out each dough ball into a thin circle (6-7 inches diameter).
Apply Ghee and Fold: Apply 1-2 tablespoons melted ghee, cut into 3-inch strips, and fold into layers. Roll out each layer, join with the next layer to make one dough ball, rest for the dough ball 20 minutes.
Roll Out Again: Roll out the folded dough into a thin circle.
Cook the Paratha: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown, apply ghee once golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy.
