The Best Tuna Melt
  1. Finely chop the celery, pickles, shallots, and dill. Add it to a bowl and add the tuna, mayo, dijon mustard and pickle juice. Start with ¼ cup of mayo and add more if the mixture looks dry. Mix until everything is well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture between two slices of bread. Top with cheese and the other slice of bread. Add butter to both outer sides of bread.

  3. Add to a pan over medium-low heat. Cover the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes. Flip when the bread is golden brown and cook for 3-5 more minutes on the other side.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy! I like to pair mine with potato chips and a diet coke.
