Dump & Go- Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie

Time: 15 minutes

  1. Add ingredients to instant pot in that order, pouring the water/chicken broth around the edges.

  2. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. You can let it naturally release for a while (in case you forget about it- won't hurt it) or you can quick release when the time is up.

  3. Pull the chicken breasts out and shred.

  4. Stir shredded chicken in and serve.
