Chocolate beetroot cake
  1. Preheat oven 180C / gas mk 4, use spring form tin

  2. In a large bowl combine pureed beetroot, eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar. Mix well with an electric mixer on low speed till well combined

  3. In a separate bowl mix together flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cocoa. Add to the creamed mixture beating together well. Pour batter into the prepared tin

  4. Bake for 45 mins until risen and done
