Preheat oven 180C / gas mk 4, use spring form tin
In a large bowl combine pureed beetroot, eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar. Mix well with an electric mixer on low speed till well combined
In a separate bowl mix together flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cocoa. Add to the creamed mixture beating together well. Pour batter into the prepared tin
Bake for 45 mins until risen and done
