Harissa Beans And Eggs Breakfast Bowl
  1. Fry the diced shallot in olive oil for a couple of minutes

  2. Add the garlic, harissa and tomato paste and cook for another couple of minutes

  3. Add the beans and stock cube, and some water if it looks a little dry

  4. Let simmer for 10 minutes

  5. Poach the eggs to taste

  6. Serve the eggs on top of the beans with the pickled onions, sesame seeds, chives and crusty bread
