Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and place it in a bowl.
Stir in the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken until well combined.
Add the mixed vegetables to the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle in about $1 worth of Dan o's Original seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Heat the mixture gently on the stove.
Add a small amount of water to the mixture to achieve the desired consistency.
Lay one full sheet of Paolo dough in a baking dish.
Place another sheet of Paolo dough over the first and tuck it in around the edges.
Spoon the chicken pot pie filling on top of the dough.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake the pot pie in the oven for 23 minutes or until the top is crispy.
