Homemade Tater Tots Recipe
  1. Parboil the potatoes for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain them in a colander and let them cool.

  2. Grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess water with paper towels.

  3. Place the grated potatoes into a large bowl. Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried dill, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Stir to combine.

  4. Shape the mixture into tater tots.

  5. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.

  6. Working in batches, fry the tater tots until golden and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes.

  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain.

  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
