Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Jars
  1. Make the cheesecake filling in a food processor but only blend for 15 seconds max. Place in the fridge to set while you make the crust.

  2. In a clean food processor, add in the dates and hazelnuts and blend until you have a nice sticky dough. Set aside.

  3. In an electric mixer, add in the heavy cream and vanilla paste and whisk for 2-3 minutes. Add to a piping bag and set aside.

  4. Then, assemble your jars by adding the crust to the bottom, followed by the cheesecake filling and then the whipped cream.

  5. Add on some fresh fruit, cover and enjoy all week long!
