Add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot (if using a rice cooker, add less toppings & cut chicken into small pieces so it cooks evenly)
Rinse the rice well and add 1 cup of water (adjust to ¾ cup or ½ cup of water accordingly if your toppings have a lot of water)
Add the toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger)
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and 10 minutes of natural release
Add gochujang and sesame oil
Serve with seaweed
