15 Minute Emergency Dumpling Soup
  1. Fry the minced garlic and star anise on a low heat until the garlic starts to brown

  2. Add the stock, soy milk, peanut butter, miso, sugar and soy sauce to the pan then simmer to combine and thicken slightly

  3. Add the dumplings and cook for a few minutes

  4. Serve straight away with the garnishes and enjoy
