Pat cod dry and lightly season with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and sesame oil
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear cod for 3–4 minutes per side
Pour sauce over the cod and simmer for 2–3 minutes until glazed
Spoon sauce over fish, garnish with green onions, herbs, and chili, then serve hot
