Mix 150g flour with 60g water by pouring the water in like tiny droplets to form dough droplets
Set the dough droplets aside
Heat oil in a pot and sauté scallions until fragrant
Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
Add water to make a simple soup base
Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of salt
Drop in the dough droplets and stir quickly so they don't stick
Cook until the dough droplets float and turn slightly transparent
Pour in beaten egg like making egg drop soup and cook for 20-30 seconds
Finish with fresh scallions and optional dried shrimp on top
