Clam Chowder
  1. Drain clams and pour over vegetables in sauce pan.

  2. Add just enough water to cover and simmer until tender.

  3. Melt butter and add flour in another pan.

  4. Blend and cook 2 minutes.

  5. Add cream and cook until smooth and thick.

  6. Add undrained veggies, clams and heat.
