Add 4 cups of water to a pot with lemon and orange zest. Bring to a simmer on medium heat and add hibiscus.
Let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let it come to room temperature for 2-3 hours.
Strain into your blender. Add the leaves into the strainer and pour over 2 cups of water to extract all the flavor.
Into your blender add lime juice, sugar, and pineapple. Blend until smooth.
Strain into desired pitcher, top with 2 cups of water (or 1 cup water and 1 cup tequila), and ice.
Serve with pineapple leaves and orange slices and enjoy.
