Charred Cauliflower With Chimichurri And Tahini-miso Sauce
  1. Boil cauliflower for 8-10 minutes

  2. Let the cauliflower relax for 10 minutes on a sheet pan

  3. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt

  4. Broil in the oven until nice and charred all over for 10 minutes

  5. Make quick chimichurri by combining chopped parsley, shallot, red bell pepper, garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

  6. Make tahini-miso sauce by combining tahini, ice cubes, miso, roasted garlic, and lemon juice

  7. Drizzle both sauces on the charred cauliflower and serve
