Pinto Bean Delight
  1. Saute onions and garlic.

  2. Add cooked beans.

  3. Add salt.

  4. After about five minutes, pour two cups of water into pan and add one cup of brown rice.

  5. Cook for 40 minutes.

  6. Remove cover and add the chopped parsley and alfalfa sprouts.

  7. Simmer five minutes, taste.
