Creamy Cashew Pudding
  1. Soak the cashews overnight.

  2. If your medjool dates aren’t soft, cover them in a little boiling water before blending (add the water to the blender as well).

  3. Add everything to an immersion blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
