Tagliatelle With Sage, Lemons, Chili, And Breadcrumbs
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.

  2. In a hot pan, sauté the shallots and leeks until caramelized.

  3. Add the garlic and chili, then the ground turkey, breaking it up and cooking until browned.

  4. Zest the lemon over the turkey mixture.

  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the turkey and leeks, along with some of the pasta cooking water.

  6. Stir in a couple tablespoons of cream to coat the pasta.

  7. In a separate pan, fry the breadcrumbs with butter, sage, and a pinch of chili until crispy.

  8. Serve the pasta topped with the crispy breadcrumbs.
