Pumpkin Dip
  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla on medium speed until smooth and creamy, 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape down the bottom and sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.

  2. With the mixer on medium-low speed, gradually pour in the heavy cream. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 30 seconds.

  3. Serve the pumpkin dip with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, pear slices, or by the spoonful.
