Speedy Crab Linguine
  1. Fry sliced garlic and chilli in plenty of olive oil for a few minutes

  2. Add in the white wine, let it bubble for a minute

  3. Add the crab meat and most of the parsley (save some for on top), mix well

  4. Add the cooked pasta, butter and some pasta water, mix well

  5. Finish with lemon juice and serve with more parsley on top
