You can always use ground pepper, coriander and red chilli powder for this recipe but I went the extra mile to toast the coriander seeds, peppercorn and dried chillies then blitzing in my spice grinder
In a small pot add in the spice mix, honey and olive oil mixing really well!
Pat down the halloumi. Then Hasselback cut them ensuring to leave the slices a little more thicker. Place in a piece of foil
Drizzle the spice mixture all over ensuring every nook is covered. Placing rosemary in between each slice. Then create a pocket using the foil leaving the top opened. Place in the AirFryer to cook for 15 minutes at 180°C
