Caramel Apple Custard Focaccia
  1. Make focaccia with regular olive oil or vanilla olive oil

  2. For the caramel I mixed two recipes, an underdone caramel from belly full (I did mix the whollllllle time, not mixing did NOT work) and an overdone caramel from sally's baking addiction (I followed her recipe, but she asks you to darken the sugar and it ended up burnt and bitter, so you'd have to be REALLY FAST). I made this the night before and let it chill.

  3. Made the apple pie filling and cream cheese custard while the bread was rising

  4. Baked everything, cooled everything, cut bread and cover with toppings in this order (creamcheese, apples, caramel) grogoeus and tasty.
