French Baked Brioche And Eggs In Cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. Butter a baking sheet with 1 tbls of butter.

  3. Spread the rest of the butter on each side of the bread.

  4. Heat a skillet and toast bread until lightly golden on each side.

  5. Place on baking sheet.

  6. Heat the cream in a saucepan over low heat until it is simmering.

  7. Season it with salt and pepper.

  8. Drizzle a tablespoon or 2 evenly over each slice of bread.

  9. Crack each of the eggs onto a slice of bread.

  10. Pour the remaining cream over the eggs.

  11. Bake the toast for 13 minutes.

  12. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives
