Finnish Pancake
  1. Mix eggs with sugar and salt

  2. Add warm milk and whisk until combined

  3. Sift in flour and baking powder

  4. Whisk until no lumps are present

  5. Pour the mixture in a baking pan lined with parchment paper

  6. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes

  7. Let the pancake cool

  8. Beat heavy cream with sugar powder using a mixer until hard peaks form

  9. Add the cheese and mix until smooth

  10. Spread the filling on the cooled pancake

  11. Add jam or berries if desired

  12. Roll the pancake

  13. Sprinkle with sugar powder
