Eggless, Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease & line with 6-inch springform cake pan with baking paper.

  2. In a bowl combine room temperature milk & vinegar. Let it is sit for 5 min.

  3. Add oil, vanilla & sugar. Mix with a whisk until sugar is dissolved.

  4. Sift all the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Mix until combined & smooth.

  5. Add Freshly brewed coffee and mix until smooth and well combined.

  6. Pour the cake batter into the cake pan.

  7. Bake for roughly 35-40 min or longer until it is firm to touch in the middle.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 min.Top it Chocolate chips!
