30-second Almond Candy
  1. Roast almonds in an air fryer at 160°C for 6–7 minutes.

  2. Melt dark chocolate in the air fryer at 170°C for 2 minutes.

  3. Mix the roasted almonds with the melted chocolate until evenly coated.

  4. In a container with a lid, add half of the cocoa powder, then the chocolate-coated almonds, and finally the remaining cocoa powder.

  5. Close the lid and shake well until all almonds are coated.

  6. If needed, add a little extra cocoa powder and shake again.

  7. For extra sweetness, mix 1 tsp jaggery powder with the cocoa powder.
