Roast almonds in an air fryer at 160°C for 6–7 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate in the air fryer at 170°C for 2 minutes.
Mix the roasted almonds with the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
In a container with a lid, add half of the cocoa powder, then the chocolate-coated almonds, and finally the remaining cocoa powder.
Close the lid and shake well until all almonds are coated.
If needed, add a little extra cocoa powder and shake again.
For extra sweetness, mix 1 tsp jaggery powder with the cocoa powder.
