Heavy Cream Alfredo
  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute

  2. Add the heavy cream. Bring to a boil.

  3. SLOWLY add in the parmesan cheese, whisking until completely melted.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste. The sauce will thicken as it cools.

  5. Serve over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
