Princess Diana’s Overnight Oats
  1. The night before: Add rolled oats to a bowl.

  2. Pour orange juice into the bowl until oats are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  3. What to do in the morning: Remove the oats from the refrigerator.

  4. Add spoonfuls of Greek yogurt to the bowl and gently fold in.

  5. Drizzle raw honey over the mixture to taste.

  6. Add a splash of lemon juice.

  7. Grate the apple over the oats and stir.

  8. Add blueberries and walnuts, fold in.

  9. Garnish with blueberries, walnuts and serve.
