The night before: Add rolled oats to a bowl.
Pour orange juice into the bowl until oats are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
What to do in the morning: Remove the oats from the refrigerator.
Add spoonfuls of Greek yogurt to the bowl and gently fold in.
Drizzle raw honey over the mixture to taste.
Add a splash of lemon juice.
Grate the apple over the oats and stir.
Add blueberries and walnuts, fold in.
Garnish with blueberries, walnuts and serve.
