  4. Make bang bang sauce by combining avocado mayo, thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, seasoned rice vinegar, and chili flakes

  5. Prepare cucumber carrot salad by combining shredded carrots and sliced mini cucumbers with seasoned rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, salt, and garlic powder

  6. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice as base

  7. Top with cooked chicken and bang bang sauce

  8. Add cucumber carrot salad

  9. Garnish with shredded red cabbage, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds
