  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celcius.

  2. Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish.

  3. Scatter the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, sliced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Pour the olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, then switch to broil for 1-2 minutes to lightly brown the top.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with sliced French bread or crostini.
