One-pan Crispy Pork Dumplings
  1. Add ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, grated garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper to the pan.

  2. Mix everything together in the pan until combined and sticky.

  3. Slowly mix in chicken broth until it's cohesive and slightly paste like.

  4. Form the mixture into small mounds right in the pan.

  5. Place a dumpling wrapper on top of each mound and press and form it around the filling, sealing it slightly.

  6. Drizzle some oil over the top and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

  7. Add splashes of water, cover and steam.

  8. Repeat the steaming process a few times as needed.

  9. Remove the lid and let any remaining moisture cook off.
