In a medium Dutch oven, heat the oil on medium-high.
Add the ground beef and onion.
Cook 6–8 min., until onion is soft and beef is fully cooked, breaking up meat with a spatula as needed.
Season with salt and pepper.
To Dutch oven, stir in the tomato paste and cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
Stir in the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
Add the broth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer.
Add the mixed vegetables and gnocchi.
Cook 8–10 min., until gnocchi are fully cooked.
Serve immediately.
