20 Min Thai Basil Tofu
  1. Tear chunks of tofu and marinate in light soy sauce

  2. Coat tofu chunks completely with corn flour

  3. Air fry tofu at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until crispy

  4. Mix ginger paste, garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and chili crisp to make sauce

  5. Heat sauce until thickened, about 6 minutes before tofu is done

  6. Add chopped chilies to the sauce

  7. Combine crispy tofu with sauce

  8. Top with generous amount of Thai basil leaves and serve
