In a bowl, mix together chopped apples and a dash of cinnamon
Separate 3 eggs into yolks and whites
Whip the egg whites until fluffy in a separate bowl
Mix egg yolks with 100g Greek yogurt, 100g zero calorie sweetener, 30g oat flour, 30g almond flour, and cinnamon
Gently fold in the whipped egg whites and the apple mixture
Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
Top with zero calorie brown sugar
Bake at 350°F until golden, approximately 40 minutes
