Low Carb Chicken Crust Calzone
  1. Place ground chicken on parchment paper and season it, then cover with another sheet of parchment

  2. Flatten into an even layer about ¼ inch thick

  3. Remove the top parchment sheet

  4. Add fillings (mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, peppers & onions) to one side of the chicken

  5. Use the parchment to fold it over into a calzone shape and seal the edges

  6. Trim excess parchment and place into the air fryer

  7. Season the top with extra seasoning and Parmesan

  8. Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes

  9. Carefully flip, pat dry, season again, and add more Parmesan

  10. Air fry another 8 minutes at 400°F until golden and crispy

  11. Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with marinara, ranch, or Caesar dressing
