Place ground chicken on parchment paper and season it, then cover with another sheet of parchment
Flatten into an even layer about ¼ inch thick
Remove the top parchment sheet
Add fillings (mozzarella, pepperoni, olives, peppers & onions) to one side of the chicken
Use the parchment to fold it over into a calzone shape and seal the edges
Trim excess parchment and place into the air fryer
Season the top with extra seasoning and Parmesan
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
Carefully flip, pat dry, season again, and add more Parmesan
Air fry another 8 minutes at 400°F until golden and crispy
Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with marinara, ranch, or Caesar dressing
