Add beef, italian sausage, onion, and garlic to instant pot, on sauté mode. Season with worcestershire sauce, a dash of salt and pepper, then brown.
Add water/stock, tomato products, Italian seasoning, and bay leaves then turn heat up to bring to a bubble. Turn heat down to medium/medium-low then gently simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add GF noodles, close lid and pressure cook high for 6 minutes. Quick release to avoid overcooking the GF noodles.
Remove bay leaves then taste and add additional seasoned salt and/or pepper if desired. Serve.
