Make the spicy lime sour cream by mixing together ½ cup sour cream, 2 tsp lime juice, and the remaining McCormick Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl Seasoning.
For the corn salsa, mix together 2 cans of sweet corn, 3 Tbsp diced jalapeños, ¼ cup chopped cilantro, 1 Tbsp lime juice, 3 Tbsp diced red onions, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp McCormick Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl Seasoning.
Assemble the wraps or bowls with the chipotle chicken, rice, corn salsa, spicy lime sour cream, and any other desired toppings like tortillas, pico de gallo, black beans, romaine lettuce, and Monterey Jack cheese.
