Chicken Alfredo
  1. Boil fettuccini following the directions on the box

  2. Cut chicken in half lengthwise and season with ½ tsp salt and pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder and Italian seasoning

  3. In a skillet over medium high heat melt 2 tbsp of butter and cook chicken until both sides are golden brown and cooked through (165 degrees internal temperature)

  4. Remove chicken from the skillet

  5. Melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic stirring well

  6. Add heavy cream, stirring constantly

  7. Add ½ tsp each of salt and pepper and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

  8. Add 1 ¼ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese stirring until it thickens

  9. Add cooked fettuccini and top with sliced chicken, stir until well combined

  10. Serve and top with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley
