Chicken And Broccoli Stir Fry
  1. Make sauce by whisking together all the ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.

  2. Heat ½ Tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Add the broccoli and onion and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

  4. Add chicken back into the pan. Pour sauce into the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli.

  5. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or cauliflower rice. Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions and sambal or sriracha, if desired. Enjoy!
