Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage & Potatoes
  1. Lightly grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker.

  2. Add potatoes, smoked sausage, green beans, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.

  3. Pour in chicken broth and melted butter.

  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the top.

  5. Stir everything together until evenly coated.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.

  7. Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
